“Parkway Pet lodge is the best! Anytime I am going on a trip out of town, I would not even consider taking my two pit bulls anywhere else. They are the best price around and the location is very convenient when going to the airport as it is just minutes away. They keep the boarding areas clean and give my two guys play time during the day and send me pictures of them having fun through out their stay! They also have them smelling fresh and clean when I pick them up with their grooming services!“

“From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.“

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Pups Playhouse. They are hands down the best. You can tell every single person there genuinely cares about the dogs and just loves what they do. I always feel comfortable knowing my dog is there because they’re constantly watching and paying attention to the dogs.

“Sally provides the best dog grooming service in the city. Reasonably priced, thorough yet efficient, very flexible and accommodating with appointment times. Would not considering going anywhere else. We live in Florida but wait until we're home visiting family or summer time to get dogs groomed.“

“We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great.

The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day.

“We LOVE Chrissy!! Our Great Pyrenees hates bath time and it is a multiple person job to get him clean. Chrissy and the other staff are so patient and always have a great attitude for the massive undertaking that is bath time :) the shop is clean and I've never seen more than 2-3 dogs in there at once, which is a nice contrast to the boarding/grooming places that are very loud and stressful for my dog. And the price (for large dog bath and nail trim at least) is comparable to or a little less than other places I've taken him.“
