“OMG!!!! If you are THINKING about it STOP!! Stop thinking and just do it!! I had scheduled my daughters and I for this and a massage. I was so nervous taking 2 teens, that don't like to be touched by anyone, and they loved it. My youngest said "it wasn't what she expected." She said "she thought it was going to be some snobby upiddy women and weird", but it wasn't. She said "they were really nice and it was relaxing." We all had a relaxing and good time!! It was very informative and helpful learning new things about our skin as well. The women were so polite and kind. They explained everything to us to make the kids (15 & 17, first massage and facials) comfortable. Just schedule and go, stop thinking about it!! Pamper yourself, it is 1000% worth every penny!!“

When I was ready for my massage, Celeste went over my problem areas which for me with several chronic conditions it meant a lot to see someone who cared. I had a 75 min massage that was so relaxing. The entire staff are very pleasant and always helpful, the gym members themselves are all very kind to each other as well. I purchased the personal training sessions and was set up with Julie. I can’t begin to explain on how much she has helped change my whole life. “I have gone here for over 20 years. They are lovely and Helen is the best. But… I have found that my time isn’t respected here. I have multiple times made appointments and have waited sometimes 40 mins to an hour to be started after my APPOINTMENT time. This has happened so much that it’s literally more than half time that I visit every 2 weeks. I have decided after over 20 years of loyalty, it’s time to move on.“
