“What a difference Bridgette has made at Four Seasons Tanning in Cranberry! Ever since she took over the spa, there has been such a noticeable shift in the energy, atmosphere, and overall customer experience.
I’ve personally observed Bridgette training and supporting her team, and it’s clear that she leads by example. She is professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing exceptional customer service. That positive leadership carries over to the entire team and creates an atmosphere where you truly feel valued as a customer.
The spa feels welcoming, upbeat, and well managed, and the level of service has improved tremendously. Bridgette clearly takes pride in both her team and the experience she creates for every person who walks through the door.
It’s refreshing to see such positive leadership, and it absolutely shows. Bridgette is a wonderful addition to Four Seasons Cranberry!”
