What really makes this place stand out is the people. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the regulars are just as helpful. If you ever have a question, someone is always willing to help out. It’s a great environment for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. I highly recommend!”

“OMG!!!! If you are THINKING about it STOP!! Stop thinking and just do it!! I had scheduled my daughters and I for this and a massage. I was so nervous taking 2 teens, that don't like to be touched by anyone, and they loved it. My youngest said "it wasn't what she expected." She said "she thought it was going to be some snobby upiddy women and weird", but it wasn't. She said "they were really nice and it was relaxing." We all had a relaxing and good time!! It was very informative and helpful learning new things about our skin as well. The women were so polite and kind. They explained everything to us to make the kids (15 & 17, first massage and facials) comfortable. Just schedule and go, stop thinking about it!! Pamper yourself, it is 1000% worth every penny!!”

The biulding is well kept, clean, and open, earthy atmosphere. I had the pleasure of sitting with Kate. She is so kind, gentle, and relatable. It was like I knew her, and we chatted like old friends. She helped me understand my hair, and gave me amazing tips on how help control and manage my curls. She was able to tell me what kind of curls I have.
