I can’t begin to explain on how much she has helped change my whole life. Through her teachings I have started a complete lifestyle change and with her help I’m already seeing results physically and mentally. I cannot stress enough on how great she is. This also a locally owned gym so it’s also great to know that I’m supporting a small business instead of a giant chain. I plan on being here for a long time and encourage others to check it out.“

I have multiple times made appointments and have waited sometimes 40 mins to an hour to be started after my APPOINTMENT time.
