He worked with me throughout the whole process and tried to save me money wherever he could. His workers could not have been nicer they were very prompt and on time and worked very hard throughout the days . He’s very thorough and detail oriented. “Initially called Prime when we had water running down our living room wall from a failed roof seal on the soil pipe. They came out and replaced it quickly- which stopped the leak. We then spoke to Bernie and got an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was very fair. They also installed new skylights and gutters. On the install day the Crew was excellent. Also, Rick the foreman was on site and supervised the install and answered all questions. Very good clean-up and was assured that they would be there for any future issues. Very, very pleased. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof.
