“Jamie from Trenton & Roofing is terrific! They laid a new roof about 18 months ago it’s beautiful & working great! ?<br><br>During a recent rainstorm our roof started to leak. I texted Jamie & my husband followed up with a phone call to the company. We didn’t think it was the roof, but we didn’t know who else to call.<br><br>Jamie fit us into the schedule & was there early morning. His initial assessment was that water was somehow getting in via our in the wall AC. He said he would have some of his guys the next day to see what they could do.<br><br>The roofing experts came early the next morning to further assess things. They found a small space around our window & filled it with silicone. They double checked the roof & found that it was definitely solid. They didn’t have to seal the hole, but they did anyway because they wanted to help & because they have integrity. Even though it wasn’t the roof, they went above & beyond what is necessary. And they didn’t charge us anything! Eventually we will close in the AC area & get new siding. When we are ready to do that we will certainly contact Jamie & Trenton Roofing & Siding! Thank you gentleman for helping to make our Christmas special & dry! ?”

“We had a leak in the ceiling coming from the attic of our house in North Wildwood. Jared, Ray, and team came out to inspect to see what work needed to be done. Going up on the roof, they could tell the entire roof needed replacing.<br><br>Jared was great at communicating through the estimation, scheduling, and selecting materials. On the installation date, Jared kept me informed of the work required and showed pictures and videos of the state of the roof under the shingles. I even got on the roof and they showed me first hand.<br><br>They laid all new boards over the entire roof and installed an attic vent which wasn’t there before. They did the job right and didn’t cut any corners.<br><br>The crew was efficient and cleaned up through the day to ensure the property was clean at the end of the day. They worked a long way but got everything done in a day and the roof looks great. I would recommend Farrell’s roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done.”

“Had a great experience with Rylee Ann Roofing and Steve. They completed a flat roof over my carport along with new gutters, and everything turned out excellent. Steve noticed the original wood from when the home was built had significant rot and replaced all of it in its entirety before completing the job. That level of care and honesty really stood out. Communication was also excellent—constant from the initial quote all the way through completion and even after the job was finished. When I heard that there was heavy rain forecasted for a couple of days, I knew that I needed to call someone to fix it right away. I saw a Facebook post about a roofing company in my neighborhood, D.P. Roofing. So, I messaged them and they got back to me within minutes, which I didn’t expect given the time of night that I had sent the message. He came out and fixed it first thing the next morning! “My rating of this company use to be 5 stars before change of ownership. Definately not the same company. I just had the receptionist tell me not so nicely to call back tomorrow to speak with Andrew and hung up. She seemed irritated when she answered the phone. Customer service is huge to me. I do not expect to be treated like that by a company I am patronizing. I also referred to many of my neighbors who hired them.<br><br>An update: my issue was finally resolved by Mike. He is definately an asset to the company. Moving forward I hope the company will adopt the same customer service as the previous owner.”
“Just had Bee Brothers install a new storm door for us and we were so happy with the service! Communication was great, they were quick to schedule us, and they made the whole process so easy. We would have had to rent a truck to pick up our door, but they were even kind enough to pick it up for us and get it installed fast. Their team was out in the brutal summer heat to get it done with no complaints or delays. A few weeks later we had a small issue with the door and they were out to fix it right away at no additional cost to us. They're an honest, hard-working team and I'm sure we'll be using them again. 10/10 recommend!”
