“Umbrella Roofing is the poster business for customer service. Ed provided a thorough and comprehensive review of the issues with our roof including some root causes of the issues. He provided pictures and took the time to give explanations and education of basic roof installation. Although his estimate for the repairs was more than another estimate, the repairs were more comprehensive to resolve the immediate issues and position us to have the roof last. Umbrella Roofing also set us up to have the regular maintenance done to ensure the roof lasts and meets the performance expectations. Our roof was supposed to be a brand new roof so we did not except to have leaks or have a major repair less than 2 years after having the new roof was installed. Umbrella's entire team is great! Jessica in the front office actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. If there are questions she gets answers. The Project Manager Melvin is also great at communicating with customers and making sure the job gets done and done right. The installation team was efficient and did great work. Of course Ed came to ensure everything was completed and completed correctly in the scope of work. He showed pictures of the completed work. The great thing about Umbrella Roofing is they provide a cost estimate that documents all the work they will perform and answer any and all questions. You also get before and after pictures as well as pictures of the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Umbrella Roofing without reservation! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is awesome!“

“We had a great experience with Asaph Contractors and our roof replacement. We had lost a few shingles off our ridge vent during the recent high windstorms and contacted Asaph with our concerns. Mike came to our home to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He was professional, thorough, explained ever option in detail, no hard sell at all; actually, saying we could probably get another year or two out of our old roof with a few minor repairs. We choose to replace our roof and could not be more satisfied with that decision and the results. “Just had Bee Brothers install a new storm door for us and we were so happy with the service! Communication was great, they were quick to schedule us, and they made the whole process so easy. We would have had to rent a truck to pick up our door, but they were even kind enough to pick it up for us and get it installed fast. Their team was out in the brutal summer heat to get it done with no complaints or delays. A few weeks later we had a small issue with the door and they were out to fix it right away at no additional cost to us. They're an honest, hard-working team and I'm sure we'll be using them again. 10/10 recommend!“

“Amazing Service!! First they where wonderful to work with as a first time home owner. The guy Steve explained everything and gave me a warranty with my new roof. They did the work as scheduled and my roof is solid. Fast forward several years and my several neighbors roof caved during a FEMA level storm. STEVE OWENS ROOF HELD! I understand that even though we are adjacent natural disasters don't always hit equally. “We have been using Advanced Pest Management for years, ever since we purchased our house in Cinnaminson over 2 years ago and needed a termite inspection. We were so pleased with the thoroughness of the report that we kept them on for the termite control service and signed up for regular residential pest control visits. This company handles all of our exterminator needs including general ant, spider, cockroach control, rat and rodent control, bee removal service etc. This is kind of embarrassing but last year we got bed bugs and needed a bed bug inspection and bed bug control and removal service too. Luckily APM has our back and can help us out when we have these issues! They are a great commercial pest control company too.“

“Geno was great! We had four roofers and a HVAC person out to diagnose a leak coming into a bedroom from a vent. Some sent up drones, others looked in the attic. They could not figure it out. I called Geno and he was in the area so he stopped by within 20 minutes. He climbed on the roof and diagnosed the problem immediately which was separated caulking on the dormer above the leak. Geno came over two days later to caulk and replace vent pipe collars just in case. Problem solved at a reasonable price. Thank you Geno!“
