His compassion, communication and professionalism was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced when working with ANY type of company. Absolutely outstanding in every way. My solar company wasn’t the best to work with and even though that wasn't his area, he helped me navigate conversations with them as well as my insurance company. He even came back and did a courtesy inspection after the solar company reinstalled my system, which again was not something he had to do. Just above and beyond in every humanly way.”

“We had Dailey do a full home window replacement project, which consisted of 12 double hung windows, a kitchen slider, a large dining room picture window replacement and a massive bay window. All of our original windows were so outdated and inefficient; quite literally falling apart.<br><br>We came across Dailey in our search and from a family recommendation from a family member who had used them roughly 25 years prior.<br><br>For the size of our project their pricing was right on point, perform the product quality and quality of the install. They met all of our requests in terms of the build and communication was easy throughout. The installers were awesome, easy to get along with and were very efficient and clearly had years of experience in the field. They operated on time and were in and out in 4 days start to finish, with a rain day cutting the day short mid week.<br><br>All in all, great work all around. Would recommend for window needs and will likely look to utilize Dailey for other project down the road.”

Very good communication and overall project management. The working leads were remarkably good and a pleasure to work with. Working through the design and selection details up front is a lot of work but will pay off. Even if the owners have their own design team, Tilghman should consider having their own in house interior designer who will verify/optimize the design to best produce a design that fully describes the project requirements (construction specifics) for the construction leads to implement. Modern interior design tools will also help the owners to best visualize the final installation including best possible material color renderings.”

“We contracted PHI to do a substantial home renovation which included ripping down stucco, putting up vinyl siding, replacing every window, and installing new soffits, gutters, and downspouts.<br><br>This was a big project with a lot of details to get right. From the start, Brian came out and had a very in depth discussion about what we wanted and provided us with a detailed breakdown on costs as well as a computer mockup of what our home would look like after the renovation which helped us visualize the end result. We tweaked the proposal many times before signing the contract (plus a few times after), and the communication was always fast and informative.<br><br>Once the work actually started, the workers did a great job of caring for our property to make sure nothing was damaged. The team worked faster than I expected, with the entire project lasting about 12 working days (5 of which were dedicated to removing the stucco). Everyone involved was friendly and the foreman, Patrick, was very helpful when issues arose.<br><br>The entire project didn't go off without a hitch, there were a few minor headaches along the way (as I'm sure there would be with any project this size), but what sets PHI apart is how they went the extra mile to remedy those issues. The end result is fantastic and we have a house which we won't have to worry about for a long long time.”

“We used Bella Brothers for a large project - a full kitchen remodel that included moving plumbing, adding electrical etc. We also had them do new flooring, windows, doors, siding and a few other minor updates. Overall we were very happy with them. Tom gave us a great quote and Stephanie the designer did a great job with the design and layout. She made the process of choosing all of our options- cabinets, counter tops, knobs etc. very easy and enjoyable.<br>On the job site, Richard was our project manager and Pucho was our foreman who remodeled our kitchen.<br>First, I have to give major kudos to Pucho. He does great work- but not only that, his attention to cleanliness is outstanding. He cared about leaving the job site (our home) as clean as possible during the demo and throughout the remodel process. He swept and vacuumed after each day, gathered trash and disposed of it. He is very detailed oriented and and made himself available to answer questions onsite whenever he arrived and before he left for the day. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and it shows. We felt very comfortable with Pucho in our home.<br>Richard is a good guy and very easy to work with. Not only did he manage our sizable project, he was involved in other projects as well which I imagine takes quite a bit of work to juggle everything. He made sure our project went as smooth as possible with only a few minor hiccups here and there. There were a few times we felt communication could have been more thorough, particularly with the resurfacing for the wood flooring and communication with the siding guys. Again, we understand there's a lot of moving parts with a project this size and we discussed these concerns with Richard who was very receptive.<br>As far as other hiccups, the siding guys did really nice work but they seemed somewhat unpredictable with their schedule and their cleanup was downright sloppy. We also discussed these concerns with Richard, showed him examples and he agreed with us and told us they would be addressing.<br>Overall, the work for this project was done correctly and they finished well ahead of schedule which was amazing. We would definitely consider using them again for future projects.”
