Our only regret in hiring John Brady with Brady Property Services is that we didn't find and hire him sooner. John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work.We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. John is the best! I am a REALTOR that services the Greater Philadelphia Area. As such, it is often that a buyer needs a professional opinion or quote for repair post home inspection findings. John Brady is at the top of my list when recommending a professional who is knowledge, responsive and timely. He understands that the quotes needed are time sensitive. His quotes are detailed -- a true pro! My clients have hired him for termite remediation repairs in the past, he is well versed in all aspects of construction. Highly recommend!!!!
