“I scheduled a residential service call on a system Moon Mechanical had installed. I left a message for Moon Mechanical and after no reply for a few days I called TM Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment next day. The service tech arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful, but more importantly, willing to solve the problem with joy. The problem was traced to a wiring issue. Great experience! I mislaid the invoice and ended up paying late, so that was embarrassing. I'm planning on getting them to install an AC system in my other house. Bob the estimator was helpful and willing to discuss options instead of demanding a particular setup.“
