“We had our kitchen remodeled 5 years ago, and Malsnee did a great job with the granite countertops, and we were also pleased with the tiles were ordered for the backsplashes.
We went with a leathered finish on the granite, and recently, I decided they needed to be re-sealed. When I made the appointment, I was happy that the service techs could come out in a few days. They called before they arrived, as requested.

“I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue. The floors have been replaced completely, and the entire experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. I wish all businesses had this type of integrity and work ethic. “I recently had my floors resurfaced and stained by Caliber Hardwood Floors. I cannot comment on their ability to install floors, as the flooring was already in place, but I am extremely satisfied with their sanding and staining of my beautiful hardwood floors.A few things stand out:The on-site crew was very professional, competent, and efficient. They communicated clearly and coordinated the times when I would lose access to parts of my house. It was a great group of folks.The crew took the time to sand a portion of my floor, apply various stains/colors (of my choosing), and gave me the opportunity to make an informed color choice. Seeing the actual product on your own floors is extremely useful and professional - it doesn't get any better than this.I thought their price was not low, but not too high either. It seemed to be a fair price for a superior product.Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.“
