My salesman was very knowledgeable and led me in the right direction as far as choosing a wood laminate floor. Caleb did a great job running the show . I had my kitchen, living room and hall done in a Mohawk laminate that looks like real hardwood! I absolutely love it. Ivan installed it and did a wonderful job! Everything went so perfectly!”
“Let me start by saying I’m a perfectionist so I don’t give good reviews lightly. We have never had such a good experience as we did with Cloister Flooring! Reggie was our sales guy and he was patient and knowledgeable. He was sooo tolerant of me changing my mind about which color I wanted. The installers arrived on time, were respectful of our property and careful with moving items. They were friendly and worked hard - they were meticulous!!! With one difficult area of trim they thought outside the box and asked my opinion to make sure we’d be happy. They left the place cleaned up and were concerned about having everything where it belonged. I would HIGHLY recommend Cloister!!!”
