“Office staff is very sweet n professional. I currently am employed here and have been previously as well. My only gripe is with regards to their payroll. I haven't gotten paid this week (my 1st check since returning to work here). I feel as tho it shouldn't be a struggle to receive your pay. I did my part n yet a desperately needed n well deserved paycheck did not happen. I have done payroll for other companies n although there were occasional issues they were always promptly rectified the same day. I did have some issues the last time I was employed here n they have only been with payroll. Otherwise they are a good company.“

My grandmother’s 24/7 caretaker texted me the other day and asked, “When you go visit a client, how much do you know about them?” I honestly looked at my phone thinking it was a trick question. She went on to tell me that some of my grandmother’s caregivers have no clue what they’re doing. One of them showed up recently and was shocked at the condition my grandmother was in. She didn’t even know my grandmother was on hospice — and didn’t even know what hospice meant.
