I work a full time job over five years (another agency) and there is a big difference and I will always stay with AA cuz team work yall show appreciation for the workers in the little things everything you learn is with compassion love dedication so we can also do and give and if something arise yall in it if it’s something family says ur on top of it and I honestly wish I can bring along my client to this one but I can’t lol cuz it’s they state but I love assured I love each client I been with even with the low high the rough the loss I’m grateful for being part of this team !!! And i love the office staff they very understanding they go above and beyond and they recognize every detail they also let others know they have constant staff meetings and ur gona be recognized and I don’t get that in my other job and that’s sad cuz if u work over five years and not even a thank u like shows they don’t care!! I love that assures us in top of clients and in us and also wen a client passes away we are always welcomed to be a part of it cuz we is family!!! And communication is best either text call on chats of job u will get heard and answered quickly !!! This is my part time job but it’s been almost two years and don’t regret it at all and will always appreciate everyone ❤️

As a caregiver I would not work for any other agency. The support given by the office staff is great.
