“I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue. The floors have been replaced completely, and the entire experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. I wish all businesses had this type of integrity and work ethic.
