“KUDOS to Best Contracting!! Best Contracting did an excellent job on replacing my roof, back siding and gutters around my house. My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. Not only did they do a great job on all the projects, they consistently met all timelines on start/finish times and they ensured that they left my premises as it was prior to the work start each time. Nate even came back days later, after the snow melted, to ensure there were no nails/debris left on my patio. That’s what I call Superb Customer Service! I would highly recommend and have already done so!”

“Within the past few months or so, I noticed water was pouring down the back wall of my house during heavy rainfall, and didn’t seem to be diverting to the downspout. After being told I may need an entire new roof by another contractor (who claimed the rubber was rotting through from standing water and would need to be pulled out and replaced, at which point they suggested I might as well replace the entire roof), Melvin’s estimator Stephen managed to give me a considerably lower estimate to fix a misaligned/faulty drip edge (which he believed was causing the bulk of the issue). They could have tried to sell me on a new roof / repair, but instead told me they did not feel the integrity of the roof was compromised and didn’t see any reason to believe there was rot. This level of honesty is rare these days!<br><br>His team member Nolan got the job done within a couple hours and was extremely nice and professional. He even noted that my downspout wasn’t attached efficiently (I believe it was in place with loose nails), and said he reconnected it with anchor screws to keep it in place. They also recaulked along the back of my deck overhang to prevent any water from leaking through to the deck as it had been.<br><br>All this being said, it just rained last night, and I didn’t notice any water running down the back of my house like it was before. In fact, as I stood on my back deck, I could actually hear the rainwater pouring through the downspout!<br><br>Thank you, Melvin, Stephen, and Nolan for your honesty and quality work! I will definitely contact Lancaster Roofing again in the future if I ever have roofing work to be done.”
