Lancaster Roofing will be a my go to contractor for roofing and other exterior projects. My wife and I had originally called Lancaster roofing for a roof inspection, letting melvin know up front we weren’t sure we were ready to replace our roof yet but that we wanted an honest opinion on the roof. Melvin did not have a problem with that. He came out took pictures of our roof gave us an honest opinion that the roof was pretty old but we had the option of making it through a few more years.
