“We had a water rotted window sill that needed repaired, and Joyland took care of us. Willi came to see the issue where most contractors wouldn't bother, then the work was scheduled by Andrew, and expert craftmanship was completed by Jason. We will be hiring Joyland again when we need work done!”
“Hackman SmartRoof wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive option—it was the right one. From start to finish, our experience was excellent.
Clint, the owner, came out promptly to assess our roof and discuss our needs. He brought large shingle samples to help us choose a color and offered practical advice on popular choices and resale appeal. Once we decided to move forward, the work was scheduled quickly.
The crew arrived on time and worked diligently through the day and into the next morning. Clint called toward the end of the first day to let us know they needed a little more time. The day after completion, he personally inspected the work and picked up any stray nails and materials. That follow-through says a lot.
The roof looks great, and today’s heavy rain reminded me to finally write this review. We’ve already referred a friend who lost shingles in a storm, and Hackman took great care of him, too. When he’s ready for a new roof in the next year or two, Clint can expect another call.”
“I want to commend the service of the three men who installed our Sun setter awning. Clayton, Brandon A., and Ryan were professional, courteous and patient. They worked together to get the job done and offered to help us move things back in order, even though they had other jobs to attend to. Highly recommend these guys!”
