The actual crew doing the roof were fast and did a beautiful job. “Work done ahead of promised June install date. Foreman and crew came in early morning and completed roof replacement job efficiently, in an organized manner, and very quickly. Meticulous cleanup of yard and flower beds. Positive communication with crew and foreman.
Gutters replaced later in the day. Again, obvious experience with efficiency and organized gutter removal and new gutter application.

“Lancaster Roofing will be a my go to contractor for roofing and other exterior projects. My wife and I had originally called Lancaster roofing for a roof inspection, letting melvin know up front we weren’t sure we were ready to replace our roof yet but that we wanted an honest opinion on the roof. Melvin did not have a problem with that. He came out took pictures of our roof gave us an honest opinion that the roof was pretty old but we had the option of making it through a few more years. After talking it over with my wife we ended up having them go ahead with putting the roof on and im sure glad we did. They tore off and installed the roof in one day. They were out of our way and pleasant to work with. I can honestly say that Lancaster roofing company takes a lot of pride in there community and the work they do.
