We had Century Home do our rain guards & spouting in 2018, windows replaced, plus two doors (one a slider) in 2023. It was not a hard decision to make about who to contract for our new roof. Replacing the house roof, garage and porch roofs, along with some corner boards over the garage that had water damage. Tim's team, Brandon and Harrison did a great job in re-caulking and troubleshooting some concerns around the house as needed.
