“On 09.18.23 I entered this store for the first time!I was inquiring about the acceptance of my vision insurance!Unfortunately, the store did not have my insurance in their network, but the woman behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer! She looked at my glasses, adjusted the hinges, and told me which optometrist in the area carried my insurance!This is what I consider: First Class customer service!Thank you to C Paul Cleary Opticians!!!“

“I live in the area and decided to go here after reading reviews on google. I am so happy I did. I have been wearing glasses for about 4 years now, so I am still fairly new to the buying experience. The first time I purchased glasses was in person elsewhere and I was so overwhelmed by all of the options. I took a long time trying things on and ended up with subpar frames. The second time I purchased glasses online. The frames were better, but didn't fit well because they weren't adjusted the way they need to be. I really appreciate the approach that Bill Curran took with me when I went to buy my new pair. He gave me a few options that he recommended, saving a lot of time and overwhelm. I then selected a frame type and then color. It was a guided experience, which I needed! I am so happy with the glasses I have, Silhouettes. They are so light, comfortable, and stylish.“

“I found this place while driving by. I called the office to schedule an appointment. I was having trouble with my eyes and Tim was very helpful and was able to get me in that week. The Doctor was very patient with me answering all my questions and helping me feel comfortable. Tim took his time with me allowing me to try on different glasses and I didn't feel rushed.

“Very friendly, the doctor takes time with you during the exam. You get more time and focus than other offices I’ve been too. The support staff answers all your questions and takes you thorough costs and timelines in advance, setting expectations. Glasses are ready relatively quickly.“

“I wear progressive lenses. I have had them made at different places but they were never right until I had them made at Marchese. They are perfect. I will never use another optician as long as Marchese is in business. They offer a wide variety of frames although I always get the Silhouette frames because of their light weight and their high quality. I can't imagine anyone leaving there disappointed.“
