My fur baby, Bohmi is an extremely anxious and agitated dog from rescue and hardly any technicians can even draw her blood for the test due to her anxiety. But they successfully finished all the test and they really care for our baby girl and I deeply appreciate their warm, kind also excellent professionalism today. thank you.“

“Dr. Joe was absolutely amazing with my Shichon. He owns one as well. That really made me feel reassured Teddy was in the right hands. He answered all of my questions with understanding and compassion. Teddy has been suffering severe constipation issues. He was great giving him his shots and microchip. “VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. “Everyone is also so nice and genuinely seems to care! I’m always amazed that even though we only see Dr. T once a year (ideally) she remembers us and our other pets, even those that we’ve lost.

Prices/wait time/scheduling are all inline with expectations.“

“First time there, loved how cozy the room was and how gentle everyone was with my cat. Absolutely love the idea of waiting in a private room instead of a waiting room. The other vet I used to bring her to now mostly has drop off and I don't like the idea of my cats staying longer than they should at the vet. I didn't feel pressured into doing a million expensive tests like at other places either. Will absolutely bring my pets there from now on.“

“My two senior dogs have had major health problems since moving to Pittsburgh last year. All the staff are caring, kind, and trustworthy. I cannot give enough positive praise to Dr. Natalie. She treated my dogs like her own; her love of animals really shines through. She stays up to date on the science/research in the field, and is very thorough explaining possible causes and treatment avenues. “I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.

Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“All the staff here are very friendly, and the waiting time isn’t long. Our dog has never shown any unusual reactions after getting shots and coming back home. It’s much better than those chain hospitals. The front desk staff in particular are very kind and friendly, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care.“

“I cannot recommend this team enough (and should have left this review sooner)! Doctor Sarah and the entire Hart's Run team is not only compassionate towards both your pet AND you as the pet-parent, but skilled in their craft and an absolute asset to their community.

Not only did they accommodate my schedule, they accommodated my family's situation with multiple pets AND assisted me with not only a budget-friendly solution, but also provided education and supplies for follow-up home care.

As silly as it might sound, I can get frantic when it comes to our fur-babies, and others have brushed me off or gotten annoyed with me because of that. Thankfully, ALL of the members of the HRVH team showed nothing short of care, concern and patience for me and my fur-babies throughout the entire visit.

As an added bonus, the office is just lovely; comfortable and adorned with photos of the team's own fur-babies.

Please don't hesitate to call the HRVH team if you need help. I drove from an hour away for this care and would do it again <3“

“I feel so blessed that our local vet happens to be this one! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and most importantly, Dr. Jones is wonderful! He handled my nervous cat effortlessly and with compassion. I also found the rates to be reasonable.“

“We got a new kitten and she needed to be tested immediately for FIV. My regular vet couldn't see her for 3 weeks. I called this place and they could see her the same day. They were awesome. She got an exam and two medications and the whole thing was only $190. I will probably start coming here with my other animals.“
