Every now and then I make a poor decision. I took my two new kittens to a veterinary chain. I thought it would be more “convenient”. One of my kittens is not doing so well and the only real help from the “chain” was to throw antibiotics at the issue, rather than working to understand the underlying issue. Having been a client of Harts Run for years with previous cats, I knew immediately the error of my ways and made an appointment at Harts Run. What a difference. The visit was excellent!From the moment we walked in the door felt comfortable. The veterinarian took her time on the first visit and answered all my questions. The best part was that it didn’t seem so “corporate “ and the whole place was sincere about the care my dog received. ??

We were seen by Dr. Brittany- she was beyond AMAZING! She was very thorough and patient with my dog. I am so thankful we were able to see her and get my dog the help he needed! Can't recommend her enough!!!!Debbi Farrell
