Poremski Michael F Plumbing & Heating is a small local family business that gets things done better, faster, and cheaper than bigger companies. Dan did an excellent job replacing a leaking gas service line and came in with the lowest price out of nine companies. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, kept in contact, and explained all of the work step by step. They provided multiple options for an emergency issue due to cold weather, leading to a main water line replacement. Quick response was given to replace a leaking hot water heater, with an upgrade from electric to gas installed the next day. Mr Poremski showed everything that was going on, how he was going to fix it, and why the issue existed. Service was very professional, with a callback received the same day and service completed same day. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and understanding. The team is always polite, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for customers. They are always fair in pricing and return calls the same day. You couldn't ask for better workmanship.

Quick response to my call to replace leaking hot water heater. Upgraded from electric water heater to gas. Dan and John were there the next day to install. Kept me informed when they were delayed. Explained how everything works. Price was reasonable.
