When it comes to a boiler replacement (especially during the coldest week of the year thus far)...what you're hoping for is prompt service, a process and product that well explained and fairly estimated/You also want a project that's executed in a timely manner (as promised) with eager follow up when the homeowner has questions about simple maintenance operations of our new steam boiler.Staab delivered mighily on its promise and get right at it--being careful to give you ample time to prepare for their arrival whether its one or several days of work.Very pleased with the convivial professionalism offered up by our workers--I'm clear on things I wasn't clear in before...read full review
Had problems with furnace during frigid temps. Lucas, from Staab and Sons came on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes and has it up and running in no time. He was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them when necessary. Very professional.
