Eyetique is a business with amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it easy to work with them. The practice manager, Nigel, is known for his professionalism, kindness, and thorough knowledge of the products. Customers appreciate his ability to explain the process clearly and provide excellent service. The optometrist is also friendly and thorough during examinations.
I couldn't have had a better experience here! We have been coming for years and as always the staff is amazing and easy to work with. Each year it's better and better ? I recently went in there and sat down with Nigel Truong the practice manager. I sat down with him to get two pairs of my Ray Bans repaired for damaged lenses and Nigel gave me so much information, broke down the process and was so professional and kind. Businesses need more people like him, I will be driving out of my way to always give him the business. Thank you Nigel for the outstanding customer service, I really appreciated the experience overall.
I have been looking into getting a new prescription for a few years now. When I stopped into eyetique the manager Nigel was extremely friendly, his knowledge of his store and product was above and beyond most stores I had stopped into, and his customer service was amazing.
