Andre did the job quickly and was very nice. My only criticism is they did not notify me in any way, until I called, that they were delayed at the previous job and weren't going to arrive in the timeframe they initially told me. I called the scheduling line twice over 30 minutes and no one picked up, left a voicemail the first time, and eventually got a call back.

Technician Andre came out to assess a broken AC unit. He was friendly, thorough, and patient in his explanations. He was able to narrow down the issue to the point where I can thoughtfully weigh repairs vs a new unit. Would highly recommend Andre and Southside Heating & Plumbing.

I have used this company for both services, plumbing and heating. We had some back up in our very old home and they sent a plumber out same day. They explained the issue exactly and planned to do a full project to fix within the next few days. We haven’t had a problem since. We also had an old furnace which they examined carefully and determined was a danger to our home and family. They were out within 3 days with a new furnace and full replacement! They are top notch. Will never do business with anyone else!
