The estheticians here make you feel very comfortable, are kind, & very knowledge about their craft. They have an easy booking service, & allow you to reschedule quickly if necessary. If you have to cancel your appointment after a certain number of hours before your appointment (the cut off point for your appointment), you may be charged a cancellation fee, which is the full price of the service you requested. The treatments are also quite affordable, and excellent value for money, especially compared to hotel spas in the city. They have locations in Chestnut Hill and Ardmore.
