Sanks has been a great HVAC company. They’re extremely responsive and have offered great support for an existing system, and new mini splits they installed. Would recommend highly.
Don't know about the company too much but I do know 1 guys he has had the world placed on the shoulders I feel sorry for him it's a good guy a lot of misunderstanding has been going on but Joe is a good guy you and I had to deal with the same people that were trying to trash his business well his minds so again a lot of people were putting lies up about him but they don't know the man he has become a friend over a bad situation
Shanks was recommended by some neighbors. Tyler came out and fixed our AC. He was super nice and answered all of our annoying questions about the mechanics of cooling. Our AC finally made it down to 70 degrees after weeks of it being 78 degrees in the house. Would recommend!
