Don't know about the company too much but I do know 1 guys he has had the world placed on the shoulders I feel sorry for him it's a good guy a lot of misunderstanding has been going on but Joe is a good guy you and I had to deal with the same people that were trying to trash his business well his minds so again a lot of people were putting lies up about him but they don't know the man he has become a friend over a bad situation
Shanks was recommended by some neighbors. Tyler came out and fixed our AC. He was super nice and answered all of our annoying questions about the mechanics of cooling. Our AC finally made it down to 70 degrees after weeks of it being 78 degrees in the house. Would recommend!
After calling 3 businesses and sanks came as a referral from a small business owner that was unable to assist me. Sanks was the only one that had availability within 48hrs for my urgent issue. Their diagnostic fee was reasonable. They were able to discuss my AC issue and explain potential issues that could be found while assuring me that the technician on site will be able to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. My house was under construction and the AC issue needed to be handled in order for my contractor to continue the job. They called me the next day, without my request to add me sooner appt, and offered to show up within the next 2hrs instead of waiting... read full review
