“The owner came out to give me an estimate for a new roof within 2 days of my calling him. He went up on the roof with my son and pointed out the bad areas on the roof. My son took video of the surface of the roof to identify areas of concern. I came home in time for Mr. Kelley to explain the process he would take to lay an entire new roof. I needed am entire new roof laid down. They completed my roof around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and told me they would come back on Wednesday afternoon to do my front porch roof.
