I am so glad I discovered Kara a couple of years ago. She is a true animal lover and it shows. My 13 year old Bichon Frise goes right to her without hesitation. She also employs the best groomers, they really pay attention to detail. It really shows each and every time I pick up my fur baby.I actually brought my new grandpuppy yesterday, for the most amazing grooming experience. She left looking like a real princess. Thank you Kara and team, you rock!

Amazing service! my baby smells so fresh! They took the time to do exactly what asked. They did take a long time but I don't mind when the service is GREAT! The timing was for the special detail for my pup. They added accessories free of charge.

At first it seemed hectic, a Rottweiler broke a baby gate down to get to me and my poodle (then i realized there was a fence dividing him and the grooming entrance) a pet bird was screaming in the lobby at the top of his lungs so I could barely hear or talk when explaining how I want my dog cut, but when I picked my dog up she looked beautiful. Her fur was soft and she had a cute bow in her hair and jewel on her face. They did great plucking her ears and evened out her fur as I requested.
