Overall service was pleasant and awesome! The doctor and nurses were very attentive and detailed; however, I wouldn’t give it a five stars due to the wait time- 1.5 hrs was not so cool.

It would of been a 5 except for the receptionist on the first floor. Major control issues. Asked me to verify my address, I started , she stopped me, asked me for my license to see my address and then said to verify it out loud.I could barely understand what she was saying. She asked the questions so fast. Regardless, she gave a bad impression and I was leery to go upstairs after. People with control issues shouldn't be greeting people up front. I almost left but I'm giving a four as it's not fair to give a bad review over one person who thinks can treat people that way and get away with it. Next time I'll put another bad review. Dr Tamara Toidze was wonderful. She was pleasant and very through. Asked many questions which all applied. Listened to what I said and incorporated it all. Finally found someone I can trust and feel hopefull that there will be some relief. I hope everyone else is nice and through too. Only down was a long wait.
