I like Dr. Soutendijk and have been seeing her for years but I cannot even begin to describe how awful the front desk associates are and unfortunately, it really changes my perspective of the overall office and negatively impacts my review. They rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful when it comes to settling any business matters. I'd come here for the medical professionals but do not expect a pleasant experience with the front desk staff.
