While I have great respect for Dr. Wu's medical expertise, I believe that the effectiveness of an entire medical team is vital. Unfortunately my recent experiences with Dr. Wu's office have been concerning. Out of approximately 20 calls, I would say I get someone on the other line one time. Despite my attempts at varying times and even on the same day, the majority of my calls result in a recorded message stating the office hours, with no option to leave a voicemail. I have been a patient of Dr. Wu's for many years. She is wonderful! She is never rushed, listens carefully, and asks probing questions. She is knowledgeable and caring and gentle! Her office staff is professional and patient. I would never consider going anywhere else!
