Great place We enjoy this facility a lot and we don't want it to go away it is family place and very safe location. For many generations it was something to be where you can go to relax after work or on weekends! Please don't let it go!
I don't know how Cottman Ave location has better reviews maybe they are from before the management changed a few months ago because Franklin mills location is definitely a nicer environment the staff is nicer and more welcoming they are constantly cleaning there is actually someone in the locker rooms and bathrooms at all times cleaning and stocking... The only downside is yes it is a little outdated compared to the other locations but overall so far best 1 I've been to
Facility is always clean, plenty of cleaning solution and towels for equipment. Staff is always warmly greets you and assists with use of equipment. Malcolm is my trainer and pushes me to achieve my goals. I have had trainers in the past, but Malcom is a good fit for me to achieve my goals!
