The gym is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The gym doesn't seem to get over crowded even during peak hours in the evening. The members are also friendly and so in case it is busy I've been able to share equipment with other members.

The 2 stars are for the hourly staff because they are generally decent people and do a good job. That being said management is horrible. I was hired to work there (part time as I work full time in social services) by a previous manager Marquis, yet he was replaced right after I was hired by Joe, Joe started off getting me on the schedule, only to never put me on the schedule and ultimately stopped even contacting me. He ignored texts and phone calls. I also never saw the membership discount I was promised. That isn't how you work with people. My health insurance has an incentive for going to the gym. I found out the hard way that the system where you scan your barcode at the desk only works SOMETIMES. I was told that there's no guarantee that it catches it & that I should give my phone number to the desk associate to ensure that my attendance is logged. This is an annoying extra step. Then after signing up for a class, we're asked to then sign in at the class. I just want to work out. I'm not interested in all of the admin work required here.
