This review is solely based on the phone. Whenever I call no matter the time of day I be on hold for damn near all day or until the phone hangs up and if you choose for someone to call back they either don't call back that day or at all and if they do it's damn near the closing of the next day smh. I'm writing this review while on hold and this my 3rd time today sheesh. What's the point in having this option if the workers aren't picking up? I've been in the office before and witnessed phones just ringing ringing ringing
