Ken Group LLC
“We recently completed a full-house renovation with Rammy and his team at Ken Group, including a complete kitchen remodel, bathroom renovations, floor refinishing, and a number of other updates throughout our home.
Our house is more than 100 years old, so choosing the right contractor was especially important. With an older home, you inevitably discover unexpected conditions once walls and floors are opened, and you need a contractor who can problem-solve rather than simply follow a plan. Rammy and his team handled those challenges very well and were thoughtful about finding practical solutions while respecting the character and structure of the house.
What we appreciated most was their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to work through the many details that come with a large renovation. On a project of this scale, communication and the ability to adapt are just as important as the construction itself, and Rammy remained accessible throughout the process.
The kitchen in particular involved significant coordination between cabinetry, appliances, electrical, plumbing, flooring, countertops, and finishing work, and the team helped bring everything together. We are very happy with how the house turned out.
For anyone renovating an older Philadelphia home, I would definitely recommend speaking with Rammy and Ken Group. They understand that renovating a 100+ year-old house requires patience, experience, creativity, and the ability to deal with surprises along the way.”
