This was my first home purchase so I went into this with very little knowledge on what to expect. So naturally getting rehab work done on my house was an intimidating process.Right off the bat, we were in communication with each other and things were making great progress. My general contractor, Sully was attentive to what I wanted to get done and we got the ball rolling.We ran into typical issues one would expect during a house rehab and were able to traverse them fine. Whenever a problem came up, Sully would give me a ring and we'd discuss how to proceed.However an issue occured that put the brakes on the rehab. They did a number of things incorrectly that had to be redone, some at my expense. The most recent discovery was a toilet they installed wrong (tiled over flange) which resulted in leaking onto the ceiling in the room below.
