They never missed a deadline, never had any issues with communication and Billy’s knowledge in construction is second to none.
You definitely get what you pay for and I highly recommend Family and Friends builders.
We found Friends and Family after deciding not to continue working with a design/build firm whose design proposal ultimately didn't live up to what they'd led us to expect. Working with Billy, the owner, was a complete turnaround. We were looking for a full home renovation, and during the initial site visit, Billy took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and walked us through major choices, such as whether to keep the same footprint or expand the home. Throughout the process, he also presented the many smaller decisions, such as flooring, tiles, and cabinetry, in a way that made each decision more digestible.
