Family and Friends remodeled my kitchen, re-routed the bottom part of my stairs, and built a mudroom area for me and I could not be more pleased with the final result. I talked to a number of different contractors beforehand and ended up with F&F because they were responsive, detail-oriented, and had a great price. Billy connected me with his vendors who were all extremely reasonable and helpful in selections. His team was great at communicating updates to schedule to me, both before my project started and during the course of my project. It wook a few months to get on the contractor's schedule but there was no break in the work once the crew came in. Workers were all prompt and professional. Work area was made tidy everyday. The tile installer was awesome and the painter was very attentive to detail. Contractor was on-site regularly and stayed on top of the project. Office staff was very efficient and kept me up-to-date on all scheduling. I would definitely hire again.
