“At a time when every pluming/ heating service company is getting slammed,my heating unit decided to join the frey! At 8pm when I was about to leave for work I realized we had no heat or hot water as my unit does both! I called this company and instead of saying that I’ll stop by when I can the owner walked me through steps over the phone to get my unit working again…even though it would need service later, I wouldn’t have to worry about my family freezing that night! The following day they were here to make necessary repairs and get my heating unit back up and running properly! I can’t say enough how grateful I am for their help and service as this was the first time we had anything go wrong with our home that we purchased 3 years ago! I consider myself lucky to have called them and would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them if, god forbid anything else should come up in my home! I also noticed they do a lot more than just plumbing and heating so that was good to know…my go to from now on!!!“

“We bought a house about a year ago, and started having issues with our hydronic heating system almost immediately. After months of having different plumbers come out, I was finally pointed in the direction of Keating Brothers. They came to my home, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. They got us through until spring with our existing system, and at that point, we decided to take their advice and replace it with an on-demand Rinnai unit. Now that we are experiencing cooler weather again, I must say that investing in this unit is one of the best purchases ive made in my life so far. We now keep our thermostats at 66°, and it feels warmer than last season when we had the house set to 68. Also, these guys 100% stand behind their work. They’ve been back twice so far to make adjustments now that we are in cooler weather, and they’ve been happy to do so. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!“

“We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. We were very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism and their great quality work. We will definitely be calling them again next year to service our furnace. Thanks M&M!“
