English Funeral Home were a great assistance in planning and caring out the funeral services for my parents, both in their 90s. My mother and father lived in a retirement community near Oakmont, while my siblings and I are scattered in various places around the US. Mark, Melissa and Megan walked us through the required paperwork (including creating and publishing an obituary in the newspapers), coordinating with the church for a funeral religious service, and the cemetery for the internment. The visitation was well done prior to the church service, and a funeral procession afterwards to the cemetery was seamless. They even helped us by arranging for a military color guard for my father's (a US Air Force veteran) burial. My family is very grateful for their professional and compassionate service.

Jeanne was just the best she made my experience of getting ready for my out of town marriage for my son as good as if I was in my own hometown! I have been practicing yoga on my own for a year or two with an app. I am interested in learning from someone with experience and trying partner yoga. It is not easy to do partner yoga when you don't know anyone else that even does yoga. This was my first experience doing yoga with other people and I was a bit nervous. Katie was awesome and made me feel very welcome. So did the other ladies that were there. I learned a few new poses and loved the energy during the session. I will definitely go back.
I have been seeing Donna over the years for different medical issues. She is considerate, compassionate and always goes above and beyond when meeting with me. I replaced all 20 windows in my house. My experience with Thermo-Twin was outstanding. The salesperson was helpful in selecting the exterior and interior colors for our new windows. We opted for a full install which meant we not only bought new windows but replaced the interior molding and sills. The match to the baseboard molding is perfect.
The gentleman who did the final measurements was polite and courteous and the windows fit well so he obviously did a good job.
The installers were prompt, on time and finished the job in three days which is what I was told it would take. They were very respectful of the property, inside and out. They put down mats and plastic sheeting throughout the house to protect the carpeting and hardwood floors. Even though two of the days were very cold, in the 20s with wind, they were very efficient in removing the old windows and getting the new ones installed so I did not lose a lot of heat from the house.
We love the new windows. They slide up and down easily (double hung) and are easy to clean, inside and out. The craftsmanship on the new molding is impressive. The miter joints are perfect. We have received comments from visitors about how nice the windows look.
A couple reasons I chose Thermo-Twin. First, the windows are locally made and the installers are employees. If I have any problems with the windows, whether it be manufacturing defects or installation, I contact them. I do not have to worry about the manufacturer saying they were installed incorrectly or the installer saying the windows are defective due to manufacturing. Second, I windows come with a lifetime warranty that, if I sell the house, is transferable to the next owner.
My experience has been great throughout the process: sales meeting, installation and Thermo-Twin follow up to ensure I was satisfied. Most of all, we love the finished product.

Doug and his crew are ethical and honest and talented electricians. He is highly competitive in his fees, and his work is of the highest quality. I have used him personally several times in my home, and I am also familiar with commercial projects he has taken on. My first choice among electricians.

I have been getting facials for over 30 years from the “best” spas in Fox Chapel, around Pittsburgh area, as well as international spas. I just went to Oakmont Skin Care last week and I received the best facial EVER. She explained what she was doing and the importance of skin care. The facial massage relaxed me so much it was like I took a sleeping drug and I slept the evening and all night. I loved it !!! I will not go anywhere else for a facial.

They are amazing! We were in town from New York and my daughter takes a medicine that has to be compounded and we ran out! Luckily the medicine shoppe went out their way to help me obtain our New York issued script and filled it for me within a few hours. (Compounding takes time) they made sure it was done that day and kept good communication with me during the process. I appreciate them so much!
