Overall recommended.My wife and I were on the hunt for new countertops when we saw that Lowe's had some awesome deals back in October or November of 2023. So, we signed up for our new countertops and waited for the measuring team. That day came and the issues began to abound. It culminated with us deciding to cancel our order with Lowe's and so we proceeded to Home Depot.We went to Home Depot and saw the countertops we wanted (the Cambria Lakedale). The measuring team came out and said everything was good and that we could use our existing sink. After the measurements went to the production team, there were concerns about the sink so we chose a new one from Home Depot. The cutting of the stone began. We were notified about our install date.The date came and the contractor (Armina) was late, so we rescheduled. After arranging a new date, the countertops were installed, not with numerous concerns. The sink was mounted on the wrong side (the drain), a cabinet was wedged up from the bottom of the cabinet, there was damage to our window seals, countertop dust was left in the house and outside, parts were lost to our water filtration system and the holes for the sink faucets and soap dispensers were not dilled symmetrically. The issues were brought up to the management at Armina Stone and Home Depot.After several weeks to about two months, we finally reached a resolution for the issues of the installation. Armina Stone was willing to compensate us for the mishaps and inconvenience caused. Overall, I would recommend Armina, just because they were true to their word to help recompense the errors. I hope to see that they get their installation teams in order to better suit the needs of the customer moving forward.A special recognition to Mr. Daily at Armina Stone for his advocacy and faithful help.
