This chimney service company provided excellent customer support. Booking an appointment was simple and convenient. The technicians arrived with all necessary equipment. They thoroughly cleaned the chimney and removed dangerous buildup. Their maintenance advice was very helpful for future care. The chimney cleaning cost matched the original estimate. Always a great experience here. Donna does my hair, my husband's and my son's. My son is autistic and even though he is a lot Donna doesn’t give up on him. If she ever leaves/retires we will move to Lexie. She is friendly and does great work. Both are kind and amazing.

I can't say enough about our experience, from JT to Jake, the scheduling department, George who came out for our template to the install guys. The customer service is outstanding, we had to reschedule our template appointment multiple times due to our contractor not being able to meet his deadlines. Every time I called back to reschedule they were very understanding, even when we told them our contarctor said we were ready and George came out and we weren't George said I live close call me when he is ready and I'll come back. I didn't think he meant after 8:00PM but he came back. When the install was completed my wife and I were blown away with how nice it looks. Outstanding customer service and workmanship, I highly recommend Armina Stone, you won't be disappointed!!!!!
