English Funeral Home were a great assistance in planning and caring out the funeral services for my parents, both in their 90s. My mother and father lived in a retirement community near Oakmont, while my siblings and I are scattered in various places around the US. Mark, Melissa and Megan walked us through the required paperwork (including creating and publishing an obituary in the newspapers), coordinating with the church for a funeral religious service, and the cemetery for the internment. The nicest people, I cant say enough good things. Kind, compassionate. They made the worst day of our lives so much easier with their help at every twist and turn. Also, we had a very nonstandard service which they accommodated gladly. I felt safe in the trust I placed in them. They were truely my angels in deep sorrow.

Absolutely exceptional service. Melissa and Megan helped me through the process and were true subject matter experts. Every concern was addressed and every factor from guiding me through legalese to preparing for the funeral service was expertly handled. The service rendered was simply perfect and I'll know that my mom would be extremely pleased with the everything. Thank you!
