Can you please provide that to me. Felix has been very VERY Helpful over the years getting my tele# reconnected each time it has been OFF and he and I have spoken a few times over the past 2 weeks. “Keith helped me figure out what was going on with my laptop, I had been seeing a pop up that was telling me there was a problem with the battery. It turns out that no, there was no problem, and there was no charge for figuring that out! This was after I had been to Micro Center, where there was a really long line, harried looking tech guys, and turns out you had to pre-register online to take your computer/laptop there for repair.
