I was really skeptical about getting work done on a 5 year old $300 laptop. I pushed it off for months and was so frustrated with the laptop.
I wish I would have jumped on it sooner. Network Concepts did an amazing job. I had 100s of malware files running even with mccaffee running and didn't even know it. I dropped it off and they did a great job fixing it up and saved me having to replace the whole thing at a third the cost.
Super friendly and very professional. Do worth the work they did.

Network Concepts has an amazing staff of IT experts who are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. The Borough of Hatfield has relied on this company for a long time and as such would recommend this organization to anyone seeking IT services.
