    George this is David Marchese. I have been trying to get through to you regarding the tele#'s you remote forwarded for me years ago... The numbers are not working and I have been dealing with your staff now for several weeks. I have even gone as far as contacting our business attorney to find out what he can do to pursue this legally since I can't get it resolved and I am losing money daily due to this situation. So, please let me know what I need to do to reconnect with you or move these #'s to another carrier. -For years your phone staff have told us we do not have an account. The portal for payment does not apply to any account on your end. There is no account numbers on any of your invoices to reference and nobody has access to your old clients info(like me) anytime we call in. Your own staff told me years ago that 2 of the 4 Tele#'s I bought from VERIZON and had you remote foward were then SOLD to another company by you. 215-382-4888 SOLD 215-382-7434 SOLD Those #'s READ 215-DVC-GUTT*ERS & 215-DVC-SIDI*NG They were mine and were not FOR SALE. Yet your company Did exactly that. You SOLD for profit Tele#'s that I purchased and allowed you to "REMOTE CALL FOWARD" Only. The remaining 2#'s Were my original NEXTEL cell #2157838632 And my MAIN BUSINESS LINE 215-382-7663 READS 215-DVC-ROOF*ING I was told due to the issue with my 2 numbers being accidentally SOLD, I would not be responsible for any monthly forwarding fees on the 2 remaining #'s... This came direct from you. What happened to the deal??? TMobile has agreed to host the 2 remaining #'s for me and they have asked for the Foward Pin /Password Info to do so. Can you please provide that to me. Felix has been very VERY Helpful over the years getting my tele# reconnected each time it has been OFF and he and I have spoken a few times over the past 2 weeks. Please have him reach out if you don't want to.
