So I decided to have him replace the old battery which couldn't even hold a charge for an hour. He was busy, and I was traveling, so it took a while, but all good! I finally have a laptop I can use without power, like in my writing group, and Vadim lubricated the hinges and cleaned it up. Honestly, it's better than new! Highly recommend!“
